Chicken in oil vinegar sauce recipe details
Ingredients
60 ml | water |
1 ½ tbsp | salt |
2 tbsp | sugar |
180 ml | vinegar |
120 ml | olive oil |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Dip chicken into the mixture and place on an outdoor grill and brown.When chicken is browned on both sides, place chicken in a cake pan or baking dish and pour remaining sauce over chicken, adding an additional 12ß ml of water. Cover with foil and continue to cook on grill until soft, about 1 hour.
