Chicken in cream recipe details
Ingredients
4 | chicken breast, cut into chunks |
20 g | butter |
1 tbsp | vegetable oil |
150 ml | double cream |
fresh parsley, chopped | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine butter and oil in a large saucepan and fry the chicken pieces until lightly browned.Season the chicken to taste, then pour over the cream.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Transfer all to a casserole dish, cover and bake for 45 minutes, until tender. Turn chicken chicken pieces twice during cooking.
Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
