Chicken and vegetable soup with vermicelli recipe details
Ingredients
400 ml | vegetable stock |
100 g | chicken breast fillet, cut in 2cm cubes |
80 g | peas |
50 g | parsnip, finely diced |
100 g | leek, thinly sliced |
50 g | carrot, finely diced |
100 g | cauliflower, in small florets |
50 g | vermicelli |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Bring the vegetable stock to a boil. Stir in the meat and cook for 5 minutes. Scoop out the meat and set aside.Add the vegetables and the noodles to the stock and cook until just done.
Return the meat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
