- Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix
- One (1 pound, 5 ounces) can cherry pie filling
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
- whipped cream or ice cream
Instructions:
Spread pie filling in bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine cake mix with butter and sprinkle over pie filling. Bake 350 degrees for 40 – 50 minutes until golden brown. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
