Cheesy pasta sauce recipe details
Ingredients
115 g | butter |
250 g | cream cheese |
2 tsp | garlic powder |
500 ml | milk |
60 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
⅛ tsp | freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, and sir until smooth. Add milk, a little at a time, whisking in toder to avoid lumps. Stir in Parmesan and pepper.Remove from heat when sauce starts to thicken, sauce will continue to thicken very quickly. Add a bit of milk if it gets too thick.
Toss with hot pasta to serve.
