Cheesy ham cups recipe details
- Base Ingredients:
- 6 slices deli ham
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 carton (8 ounces) plain yogurt
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons minced parsley
Place one ham slice each in a 10 ounce, greased ramakin or custard cup. Sprinkle with onions and half of the cheddar cheese. In a bowl, whisk eggs and yogurt. Pour evenly into cups. Sprinkle with parsley and remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
