Ingredients
4 large | eggs |
60 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
4 medium | onions, chopeed |
1 tbsp | milk |
Instructions
Preheat oven 180°C and spray muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.Whisk eggs and milk until well combined, add cheese and onions. Mix well.
Fill 6 muffin cups 3/4 full with the egg mixture.
Bake for about 14-16 minutes.
