Ingredients

1 small	onion, diced
2 tbsp	vegetable oil
120 g	Cheddar cheese, cubed
115 g	green chillies, chopped
120 ml	beer
1 small	tomato, chopped
	salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

Sauté onion in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook only until very lightly browned.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients except the diced tomato. Keep stirring and cook until cheese is melted. Now add the tomato.

Serve with Tortilla chips.
