Ingredients
For the Batter: | |
200 g | cream cheese |
60 g | sugar |
1 large | egg |
½ tsp | vanilla |
1 tsp | baking powder |
For the topping: | |
50 g | sugar |
½ tsp | vanilla |
180 ml | sour cream |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Mix all ingredients for the batter together until smooth. Pour into cupcake pan 3/4 full and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and put 1 teaspoon of topping on each muffin. Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes.
