Cheesecake Balls recipe

|250 g||cream cheese|
|60 g||powdered sugar|
|1 tsp||grated orange peel|
|1 tbsp||orange juice|
|2 tsp||ginger, very finely chopped|
|3 tbsp||toasted coconut|
|pear slices, apple slices, pineapple wedges, strawberries|
Combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, orange peel, and orange juice in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until well combined. Stir in ginger.
Spoon mixture with an ice cream scoop onto plastic wrap or shape balls with hands. Place all wrapped balls onto a tray, cover and chill for 3 to 24 hours.
To serve remove plastic wrap. Top with nuts and coconut. Serve with fruit on the side.
