900 g | cottage cheese |
100 g | freshly grated mature Cheddar cheese |
6 | eggs |
1 bunch(es) | spring onions, finely sliced |
salt and pepper | |
1 bunch(es) | chives, chopped |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160°C.In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese with eggs and Cheddar cheese. Mix well and add spring onions and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Bake for approximately 1 hour.
