Cheese balls recipe

- 1/2 pound Wispride
- 1/2 pound cream cheese
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons cream sherry
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Blend all ingredients except the walnuts in a mixer at medium speed or by hand with a rubber spatula until thoroughly blended. With wet hands, shape into baseball-sized balls and roll in the chopped walnuts. Refrigerate until firm.
Serve with assorted crackers.
