Cheese and tomato tartlets recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | Raclette cheese, grated (or any tasty cheese) |
2 | eggs |
½ | onion, chopped |
paprika powder | |
salt and pepper | |
2 | tomatoes |
2 tbsp | Pesto |
2 sheet(s) | ready rolled out puff pastry |
Instructions
Cut circles out of the puff pastry and line with the pastry 8 small pie dishes. Prick the pastry with a fork several times.Mix the grated cheese with the eggs and onion and season to taste with paprika, salt and pepper. Slice the tomatoes.
Fill 2 tablespoons of the cheese mix into each of the pastry dishes and top with a slice of tomato. Drizzle ½ teaspoon of pesto on each and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Serve warm as a starter or on a party buffet.
