Cheese and egg brunch pie recipe details
- Ingredients
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 8 ounces cream-style cottage cheese
- One 4-ounce can chopped green chilies
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat well at medium speed with electric mixer. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a well-greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees, and bake 20 to 22 minutes until set. Cut into wedges.
