Ingredients
500 g | bacon strips |
450 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
8 slice(s) | bread, crust removed, cut in half |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Place 2 bread halves, on a strip of bacon. Sprinkle with some shredded cheese on each slice. Roll up and fasten with a toothpick.
Place rolls on edge on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
