Champoradu chocolate rice recipe details
My Grandma used to make this for us all the time because it’s quick and easy, and cheap. Chocolate rice is a Guamanian dessert almost like sweet chocolate porridge.

Ingredients
Serves: 10- 3 cups of uncooked rice
- 4 cups of water
- 1 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of sugar
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Wash rice and boil gently in a covered pot with the water for 15 minutes or until rice is partially cooked.
2. Add cocoa and stir. Add sugar and stir again.
3. Simmer covered for 15 minutes more, stirring occasionally. When done, this will be slightly soupy. Remove from heat and serve. If you like you could add milk.
