A mint julep made with cognac and sparkling wine instead of bourbon.

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon warm water
  • Crushed ice

1. Place about 10 or so mint leaves in a tall cocktail glass. Add sugar and warm water, and muddle gently. Add crushed ice.
