Ingredients
500 ml | vegetable broth |
300 ml | Champagne |
1 ½ l | water |
1 kg | rice |
Instructions
Combine vegetable broth, champagne, water and butter in a large pot. Bring to a boil and stir in rice. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat to simmering, cover pot and cook 30 minutes or until done.
