Cha cha cha chicken recipe details
Ingredients
180 ml | olive oil |
1 | egg, beaten |
60 g | butter |
3 | chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned |
1 tbsp | vinegar |
60 g | bread crumbs |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
50 g | coconut flakes |
Instructions
Wash chicken and pat dry. Pound chicken to about 1/4 inches thickness between two sheets of foil or wax paper.Combine in a bowl: egg, 120ml olive oil, vinegar and garlic.
Place bread crumbs and coconut flakes on a plate.
Dip chicken in egg-oil mixture and then in coconut breadcrumbs, coat evenly.
In a frying pan, heat butter and 60ml olive oil. Cook breaded chicken until flaky and golden brown.
