Ingredients
7 stalks | celery |
1 medium | onion(s) |
5 tbsp | vegetable oil |
3 tbsp | vinegar |
2 tbsp | mayonnaise |
Instructions
For the dressing mix together oil, vinegar and mayonnaise.Season with pepper and a little salt. Chop onion and mix into dressing.
Cut celery into half inch cubes, wash and broil for 5 minutes in salted water. Put in a sieve and cool with cold water. Mix celery with the dressing.
