Cauliflower impossible pie casserole recipe details
Ingredients1. Bisquick baking mix (3/4c)
2. chopped cauliflower, thawed and drained (2c)
3. mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained (1 can/4 oz.)
4. milk (1 1/2c)
5. salt (1tsp)
6. eggs (3)
7. shredded cheddar cheese (1c)
8. chopped green pepper (1/2c)
9. chopped onion (1/2c).
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a pie pan of 10*1 ½ inch or baking dish of 9*9 inches and lightly grease it. Cook the cauliflower and then mix the remaining vegetables and cheese in it.
2. Pour this mixture into the baking dish or in pie pan. Take a blender, beat the remaining ingredients in it until the mixture becomes smooth. Then pour this mixture over the vegetables in pie pan.
3. Place the pan in oven and bake it at 400 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes. Take out the pan from oven and keep the pie for about 5 minutes to cool. Then cut the pie into slices and serve it.
