Carrots with Mayonnaise recipe

Ingredients
6 | carrots, peeled, sliced |
60 ml | mayonnaise |
1 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook carrots in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and season with salt and pepper.
Combine mayonnaise, parsley and lemon juice and toss lightly with hot carrots.
