|6 medium||carrots, shredded|
|1 large||zucchini, finely diced|
|½ sachet||black pepper|
For the dressing whisk together lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin, mayonnaise and milk.
Stir in carrots, zucchini and raisins and toss to coat.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
