Ingredients
Serves: 10- 1/2 cups butter
- 1 pkg.(3 ounce)cream cheese, softened
- Drop of vanilla
- 1-2 Teaspoons of cinnamon
- 3 3/4 confectioners’ sugar
- 2-4 tablespoons of milk
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 3/4 cup carrots
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins1. Cream butter and cream cheese together. Beat in vanilla. Add cinnamon. Slowly beat in sugar.
