Ingredients

800 g potatoes, peeled and sliced
400 g carrots, peeled and sliced
1 tsp salt
1 pinch(es) sugar
200 ml milk
20 g butter
1 pinch(es) nutmeg

Instructions

Boil the vegetables in salted water until very soft, then drain them. Mash with milk and butter and season to taste with salt, sugar and nutmeg.

Mix well and serve with meat.
