Carrot and potato mash recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | potatoes, peeled and sliced |
400 g | carrots, peeled and sliced |
1 tsp | salt |
1 pinch(es) | sugar |
200 ml | milk |
20 g | butter |
1 pinch(es) | nutmeg |
Instructions
Boil the vegetables in salted water until very soft, then drain them. Mash with milk and butter and season to taste with salt, sugar and nutmeg.Mix well and serve with meat.
