Ingredients
For the Crust: | |
115 g | butter |
3 medium | eggs |
1 tbsp | cocoa |
100 g | flour |
250 g | sugar |
150 g | nuts, chopped |
For the Filling: | |
400 ml | condensed milk |
100 g | shredded coconut |
For the topping: | |
200 g | chocolate chips |
Instructions
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Stir in flour, cocoa and nuts and beat well.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place dough in a greased and pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile mix sweetened condensed milk and coconut. When crust is ready, spread mixture over hot bottom layer. Then bake for further 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and leave to cool. Melt chocolate chips and frost cake. Cut into desired pieces when completely cooled.
