Ingredients
2 cup(s) | milk |
1 tbsp | cornflour |
1 | egg yolk |
4 tbsp | sugar |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the sugar until browned. Stir in the milk and bring to a boil.Mix together the cornflour and a little bit of water. Stir the mixture together with the vanilla sugar into the milk. Continue to cook for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and whisk in the egg yolk.
