Cantaloupe with blueberry compote recipe details
Ingredients
1 large | cantaloupe, quartered, deseeded |
450 g | blueberries |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
½ tsp | grated lemon peel |
120 ml | port |
½ tsp | cinnamon, ground |
150 g | sugar |
Instructions
Quarter cantaloupe. Cool.PLace 300 g of the blueberries in a pan and bring to a simmer. Add lemon juice, peel cinnamon, port and sugar, 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining blueberries and stir until warm.
Spoon, over each quarter of cool melon.
