- Ingredients
- 1 boneless pork loin, lightly salted and peppered
- Teryaki or similar sauce
- Chopped or powdered garlic
Instructions:
Did you know New Orleans was settled (during the late 1700’s) by Canary Islanders, whose descendents still speak Spanish and are known as “Isleños”? I know — I am one!
Marinate pork roast for a few hours or overnight in sauce and garlic. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes per pound. Allow to “set” before slicing.
