Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- 1/2 skinless boneless Canadian goose breast, sliced 1/8-inch thick
- salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- 1/4 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Heat oil in frying pan on medium.
2. Add garlic and onion to hot oil. Cook garlic and onions 2 minutes.
3. Now add goose breast. Sprinkle salt and pepper sparsely on goose breast slices. Cook slices 2 minutes on each side.
