California egg puff recipe details
- Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup melted butter, cooled
- 1 can (4-7 oz.) diced green chili *
- 1 pint cottage cheese
Beat eggs until light. Add other ingredients. Stir until blended. Pour into 9″ x 13″ pan (coated, with cooking spray). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut in squares.
*Double chiles for “hotter” flavor.
