Ingredients
10 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup melted butter, cooled
1 can (4-7 oz.) diced green chili *
1 pint cottage cheese
Instructions:

Beat eggs until light. Add other ingredients. Stir until blended. Pour into 9″ x 13″ pan (coated, with cooking spray). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut in squares.

*Double chiles for “hotter” flavor.
