Indulge in the sweet bliss of Cake Batter White Hot Chocolate. This delightful treat combines creamy white chocolate, velvety whole milk, and a hint of yellow cake mix, creating a rich and comforting beverage. Topped with a dollop of whipped cream and optional sprinkles, it’s a cozy and festive drink perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth on chilly days. Yield – 2 servings

Ingredients:

1 cup milk (can also be almond milk)

quarter cup dry vanilla cake mix, any brand

4-oz. white chocolate, broken into chunks

1 tsp. vanilla extract

rainbow sprinkles

Directions:

Bring milk to simmering in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.

Whisk in cake mix until completely dissolved.

Add the chocolate and stir continuously until melted.

Make sure you keep stirring so it doesn’t burn.

Turn off heat and stir in vanilla.

Transfer to two mugs and top with sprinkles.

Enjoy.
