This is a good little snack or appetizer. They’re kinda like those potato chips: “Bet’cha can’t eat just one!”

Ingredients
Serves: 10- 1 medium jar dill pickle slices
- 1 pound sugar
- 1/4 cup Tabasco sauce
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation method
Prep: 3 hours1. Strain all juice from pickles.
2. Make a paste out of sugar and Tabasco. Mix in the garlic.
3. Layer paste and pickles back into the jar. It WILL all fit.
4. Invert jar every few hours until you have liquid again. Keep refrigerated.
