Ingredients
Serves: 16- 2 cups chopped seeded tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon zest
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Stir tomatoes, chives, cilantro, capers, and hot pepper sauce together in a mixing bowl.
