Butter Bean and Tomato Sauce recipe

Ingredients
1 can(s) | tomatoes |
salt and pepper | |
1 tsp | dried oregano |
2 | onions, chopped |
2 can(s) | butter beans, drained |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
4 tbsp | oil |
125 ml | vegetable stock |
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil. Sauté the onions until lucent. Deglaze with the stock. Add the beans, tomatoes, garlic and oregano and bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
If too thick, add some water. Adjust the seasoning.
Serve with lamb or poultry.
