Bundt cake recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | flour |
10 g | fresh yeast |
75 ml | milk, lukewarm |
30 g | powdered sugar |
60 g | butter, softened |
1 dash(es) | salt |
60 g | walnuts, chopped |
75 g | dried prunes |
40 g | chocolate flakes |
Instructions
Use small cake pan (diameter 20 cm).Crumble the yeast, mix with flour, milk, butter, sugar and salt.
Knead until the dough does not stick anymore at the inside of the bowl. Cover the bowl and let stand for one hour in a warm place.
Add walnuts, prunes and chocolate.
Place the dough in the greased cake pan. Let stand for other 30 min. Bake for 30 minutes at 160°C.
