Ingredients

2 large onions, sliced
50 g butter
900 g mashed potatoes, e.g. leftovers
450 g Brussels sprouts or white cabbage, cooked
salt and pepper, white


Instructions

Sauté the onions in the butter until lucent. Add the cooked potatoes or the mashed potatoes and the cooked vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

Flatten with a wooden spoon and bake the mixture for 6-8 minutes until it gets a nice crust. Cover with a plate, turn it on the plate and allow it to slide into the skillet again. Bake on the other side as well.
