Ingredients
2 large | onions, sliced |
50 g | butter |
900 g | mashed potatoes, e.g. leftovers |
450 g | Brussels sprouts or white cabbage, cooked |
salt and pepper, white |
Instructions
Sauté the onions in the butter until lucent. Add the cooked potatoes or the mashed potatoes and the cooked vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.Flatten with a wooden spoon and bake the mixture for 6-8 minutes until it gets a nice crust. Cover with a plate, turn it on the plate and allow it to slide into the skillet again. Bake on the other side as well.
