Brownie cookies recipe details
Ingredients
230 g | semi sweet chocolate |
3 tbsp | butter |
25 g | all-purpose flour |
25 tsp | baking powder |
25 tsp | salt |
140 g | sugar |
5 tsp | vanilla |
170 g | semi sweet chocolate morsels |
270 g | pecans, chopped |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.Over low heat or in a microwave melt the semisweet chocolate and stir until smooth.
Sift together the baking powder, the flour and salt.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla at high speed until well combined. Slowly mix in the cooled chocolate, then add the dry ingredients and mix again until smooth. Finally stir in the chocolate morsels and the nuts. Only use a spoon to mix the morsels under the batter.
Place the batter on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper or aluminium foil using a teaspoon and make sure that each heap is set 2cm apart from the next one.
Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool on a rack.
