Broccoli Chowder recipe

Ingredients
300 g | broccoli |
1 medium | onion, finely chopped |
240 ml | milk |
120 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
250 ml | vegetable stock |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Bring some water (about 250 ml)to a boil and add broccoli and onion. Cover and leave to simmer for 5 minutes or until tender. Do not drain.Add milk, soup or stock and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through, stirring frequently. Top with additional cheese.
