Broccoli chowder recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 packages sliced deli turkey breast
- 1 package sliced deli chicken breast
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- One 8-ounce package shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 pound fresh broccoli, cut up
- 1/2 fresh onion, diced finely
- 1 package sliced deli ham
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup half & half
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- One 8-ounce package shredded mozzarella
- 1 Tablespoon onion flakes
- pepper to taste
Steam broccoli 3 minutes; saute onions until light brown, combine ingredients in large soup pot, simmer for 1 hour over low heat, stirring occasionally until cheeses are melted and blended into soup. Serve with hot homebaked bread and creamery butter.
