Brocccoli and rice casserole recipe details
Ingredients
1 medium | onion, finely chopped |
300 g | broccoli, cooked, drained |
115 g | butter |
500 ml | vegetable broth |
1 ½ kg | rice, cooked to instructions |
1 clove(s) | garlic |
500 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C.Melt butter in a skillet and sauté onion and garlic, until tender. Set aside to cool.
Set aside 150g of the grated cheese. Mix remaining ingredients together and put in a casserole dish. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top. Cover with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for further 5-10 minutes.
