British Shortbread recipe

|125 g||butter, soft|
|25 g||powdered sugar|
|1 tbsp||rose water|
|sugar, to sprinkle|
Mix butter with sugar until soft and creamy. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Knead to a dough and put it in a round 22cm baking form. Puncture the dough with a fork and pre-slice eight pieces with a knife.
Bake at about 160° (oven preheated) for 30 minutes and immediately sprinkle with sugar and cut the pre-cut slices completely. Let cool completely.
