Brisket bean taco recipe details
This will feed a lot of people. I cooked this for my church group and everyone loved it.

Ingredients
Serves: 25- 1 untrimmed brisket
- 1 (2 pound) package dry pinto beans
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (10 ounce) cans Rotel(R) tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 to 2 (24 ounce) jars of Pace(R) Picante Sauce (optional)
- Flour or corn tortillas
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 9 hours1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
2. Rinse pinto beans and pour into pan. Add water until it’s a half inch over the beans. Add brisket in pan with fat side on top.
3. Mix cream of mushroom soup and Rotel(R) together and pour over the brisket. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil.
4. Bake in the preheated oven until beans and brisket are tender, about 9 hours.
5. Remove brisket and trim off fat. Slice the meat across the grain. Stir together the sliced brisket, beans, and picante sauce, or keep them separate if you prefer. Fill tortillas with brisket and beans.
