Ingredients
6 | brioches |
8 medium | eggs |
4 tbsp | butter, unsalted |
120 g | caviar |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C and heat the brioches in the oven.Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper. Add half the butter and beat again.
Melt the rest of the butter in a saucepan and cook the eggs over low heat until they are soft but not dry.
Remove the brioches from the oven, cut off the tops and scoop out the insides. Set aside and keep warm.
Fill the brioches with the egg mixture and sprinkle with caviar. Place the lids at an angle on top.
