Ingredients

130 ml Grenadine syrup
130 ml lemon juice
500 ml pineapple juice
1 bottle(s) white rum
750 g fresh pineapple, diced
500 g strawberries, quartered
sparkling water
ice cubes

Instructions

In a large bunch bowl, mix together the Grenadine syrup, lemon juice, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple and rum.

Cover and allow to chill in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

To serve, add the strawberries, ice cubes and some sparkling water.

ca. 5 hrs
