Breakfast skillet recipe details
Ingredients
750 g | Italian sausage, ground |
1 small | onion, chopped |
120 g | mushrooms, sliced |
400 g | hashbrown potatoes |
8 large | eggs |
100 g | Cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
In a pan, brown sausage, onion, and mushrooms until the sausage is cooked through. Remove everything from skillet, set aside and keep warm.Add hashbrowns to skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Whisk together eggs, season with salt and pepper.
Put sausahes, onion and mushrooms back in the pan and then stir in eggs mixture.
Cook until eggs are almost set. Sprinkle the cheese over the eggs. Serve when cheese is melted.
