Breakfast quiche recipe details
- Ingredients
- white bread slices (Custer Mansion uses French bread)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup cubed ham
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
- chives (may add mushrooms, onions, if desired)
Preheat oven to 350 degree. Oil a 9-inch quiche (or round glass) pan. Line the bottom of pan with bread slices. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle ham over cheese. Beat eggs, add milk, then pour this over the bread, cheese, and ham in the pan. Sprinkle with chopped green peppers and chives. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serve hot.
