Breakfast fruit smoothies (or cold soup) details
- Ingredients
- 6 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (or non-milk substitutes for the lactose intolerant)
- sprinkle of nutmeg
- 6 peach halves (fresh or canned or any fruit of your choice: oranges, raspberries, strawberries, pears, etc.
- 1 to 2 bananas
- garnish of mint leaves (optional)
- Serve with breakfast bread
In a blender put 6 to 8 ice cubes, 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (canned), sprinkle of nutmeg, fruit and mint leaves (optional). Blend until ice is gone. Serve in a soup bowl with the garnish of mint and fruit slices (maybe a surprise candied ginger piece). Serve with breakfast bread on the side. (Banana, cranberry, etc.)
