Ingredients
2 tsp | salt |
400 g | whole weat flour |
100 g | all purpose flour |
3 tbsp | yeast |
some | warm water |
Instructions
Put the salt in a large bowl, add the flour and the yeast. Add the warm water and then mix well with the dough hooks of your electrical mixer.Let the mixture rise for 1-2 hours then knead well and form a loaf. Place on a baking pan and let rise for another hour.
Preheat the oven and bake for 1 hour on medium heat.
