Brandy and nut cake recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | soft butter |
200 g | sugar |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
4 medium | eggs |
250 g | ground hazelnuts |
250 g | flour |
2 tsp | baking powder |
2 cl | brandy |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and knead until well combined. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the batter into a buttered cake form. Bake for 60-70 minutes until golden brown.Allow to cool. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
